Throughout his career, he always had an underlying unease with how this market operated. Unfair recruitment fees, a lack of transparency and an increasingly segmented marketplace is making it harder to build meaningful relationships. Project platforms have simply digitised these endemic historic problems and made the marketplace even more 'transactional'.
